Sewing workshop in Alcabideche with Karine Leuenberger, designer, maker and founder of Rond Orange, a three-hour hands-on session where you learn the basics and techniques of sewing and create your very first project from start to finish. No prior sewing skills required, sewing machines are available in the fully equipped studio, the pattern and all materials are provided and Karine guides you step by step throughout in a warm, relaxed and genuinely inspiring atmosphere. More than a sewing class, this is a creative experience where you learn, share, meet new people and leave with a unique handmade creation entirely your own.
Karine has been creating with her hands for years, exploring the world of thread and fabric and designing projects that inspire people to create, experiment and take time for themselves. Her workshops are built around learning, building confidence and enjoying the creative process, with equal care given to beginners and anyone already comfortable using a sewing machine. The vision behind Rond Orange is a creative community around sewing and thread where every workshop becomes a moment of joy, connection and creativity.

I am Karine Leuenberger, designer, maker and founder of Rond Orange. Creativity, textiles and sharing knowledge have always been part of my journey. Through my workshops I aim to offer much more than a sewing class: a true creative experience, a warm and welcoming moment where people can learn, share, meet new people and leave with something unique they made themselves. Hello, I’m Karine Lbrgr, designer, maker, and founder of Rond Orange.
Creativity, textiles, and sharing knowledge have always been part of my journey. For years, I’ve been creating with my hands, exploring the world of thread and fabric, and designing projects that inspire people to create, experiment, and take time for themselves.
Through my workshops, my goal is to offer much more than a sewing class: a true creative experience. A warm and welcoming moment where people can learn, share, meet new people, and leave with a unique handmade creation.
Whether you are a beginner or already comfortable using a sewing machine, I guide you step by step in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. I place great importance on learning, building confidence, and enjoying the creative process.
My vision is to build a creative community around sewing and thread, where every workshop becomes a moment of joy, connection, and creativity.
