My journey with yoga began with a desire to create more space for presence, balance, and a deeper connection with myself. Over time, yoga has become much more than a physical practice. It has become a way of listening, becoming more aware, and embracing transformation — a space where movement, breath, and presence come together. Through my experiences with yoga, I have explored different ways of bringing the practice into everyday life, embracing both moments of strength and vitality and moments of stillness, introspection, and rest. I believe in an accessible, conscious, and authentic approach to yoga — one that honours the body, welcomes each moment as it is, and allows every person to discover their own rhythm. It is this perspective that I love to share: creating meaningful experiences through movement, breath, and mindful presence, and inviting each person to experience yoga as a space for wellbeing, connection, and self-discovery.
Yes. Beginners are welcome. The practice can be adapted to different levels of experience, with variations offered to make the sequences accessible and challenging.
While both practices include yoga postures, Vinyasa places greater emphasis on continuous movement and linking postures with the breath. Hatha generally offers more time in each posture, while Vinyasa creates a stronger sense of flow.
Vinyasa can leave you feeling energised yet grounded, with a greater sense of focus, clarity and connection between body and mind.
You can expect a balanced practice combining movement, breath and stillness. Classes include physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, with sequences changing according to the weekly or monthly theme.
Not at all. Flexibility is something that develops through practice. What matters most is listening to your body and approaching the practice with curiosity and presence.
Please bring comfortable clothing as well as water.
