There is something different about wearing jewelry you made yourself. My hand-painted jewelry workshop in Lisbon is a 2.5-hour creative session where you design and paint your own miniature wearable artworks on pendants, charms and jewelry bases, finishing each piece with a glossy UV resin coating that gives it a professional result you will actually want to wear. No painting experience needed, no jewelry making background required. Just curiosity and a couple of hours to make something that is entirely yours.
We move through the session in four stages. We start with an introduction to the materials and some inspiration for motifs, from botanical designs and animals to abstract patterns and symbolic illustrations. From there you move into the painting itself, working on your chosen pendants and charms with guidance on technique, colour composition and working on small surfaces throughout. Once your pieces are painted, we assemble them into finished jewelry by attaching hooks, chains or rings. The session closes with the UV resin finish, sealing everything into a durable, glossy result that is ready to wear before you leave.

I am Anna Matos, a multidisciplinary artist who believes creativity belongs to everyone, not just people who call themselves artists. I have spent the past few years designing workshops that combine art, wellbeing and experimentation in a space that feels relaxed and genuinely accessible. My goal is simple: that you leave having made something you are proud of and enjoyed every step of getting there.
No prior experience in painting or jewelry making needed. If you are curious and willing to try, you are ready for this workshop.
