Kombucha fermentation workshop in Costa da Caparica for anyone who wants to learn to produce their own kombucha simply, safely and accessibly while understanding the deeper power of natural fermentation for gut health, immunity and overall wellbeing. Led by Josi Pereira, a naturopath, physical educator and natural health educator dedicated to integrative care and conscious living, this is more than a technique class. It is an opportunity to reconnect with the way you nourish yourself and bring more balance, autonomy and presence into your daily life.

The session combines practical hands-on knowledge with a scientific foundation and a vibrational awareness of living food, exploring how fermented foods can transform the body at the level of gut health and immunity. Josi guides you through the full kombucha production process from start to finish, giving you everything you need to continue making your own at home independently after the workshop. The group is kept small by design, between 6 and 12 participants, to ensure close and personal guidance throughout.

I am Josi Pereira, a naturopath, physical educator, nature guardian and natural health educator dedicated to integrative care and the teaching of conscious practices. My work sits at the intersection of scientific knowledge, practical skill and a deep awareness of how living food and nature can support transformation at every level of health. This workshop reflects that approach: grounded, accessible and genuinely life-changing for those who feel called to it.
