Hi, I’m Nicola — the heart behind Keel Healings.
My journey into yoga and Reiki began with a simple intention: to feel more balanced, grounded, and connected in my own life. What started as a personal path quickly grew into a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
I blend gentle, intuitive yoga with the calming energy of Reiki to create experiences that nurture both body and mind. My approach is relaxed, welcoming, and completely non-judgmental — whether you’re brand new or have years of practice, you’ll be supported exactly as you are.
Living and working in the beautiful surroundings of Albufeira, I’m inspired daily by nature, the ocean, and the power of taking time to pause. My sessions are designed to help you step away from the busyness of life, even if just for a moment, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
For me, it’s not about perfection or performance — it’s about creating space for you to breathe, heal, and simply be.

Sessions are usually held outdoors in Albufeira, often on or near the beach, providing a calm and scenic setting that enhances relaxation and connection with nature.
Comfortable clothes they can move in and a water bottle. Mats are usually provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
The class is done next to a small restaurant so you can always stay nearby. This depends on the age of the child and the setting. Younger children may need a parent nearby, while older children can usually be dropped off.
