Indoor freediving training at Jamor with Miguel Ferreira, a monthly programme of weekly pool sessions for anyone who wants to develop their apnea and underwater skills in a structured, coached and genuinely technical environment. Sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9pm to 10pm at the Jamor pools, where the club has two Olympic lanes and six coaches available to help you improve your underwater abilities. A swim cap is provided and all other essential equipment including mask, snorkel and fins is required from participants.

The programme is designed around progressive improvement in freediving technique and underwater performance, with six experienced coaches providing guidance and feedback across every session. Miguel brings 15 years of experience in aquatic training and instruction to the programme, combining technical rigour with a competitive background that includes multiple National Championship titles. Whether you are new to freediving and apnea or looking to develop existing skills in a structured weekly setting, this is a programme built around genuine technical development rather than recreational activity.
