Wim Hof Method workshop in Matosinhos with ESSE MOOD, a three-hour guided session led by the first certified Wim Hof Method instructor in Portugal. This is not about suffering in ice. It is about learning to use your own body as a tool for managing stress, gaining energy and developing real resilience through three connected pillars: conscious breathing, cold exposure and mental focus. You will enter the ice. And you will do it with control, clarity and the understanding of exactly why it works. No prior experience needed and no special level of fitness required.

The session teaches you the complete Wim Hof breathing technique, gives you the science behind why cold exposure and breathwork affect your nervous system and stress response, and takes you through a direct ice bath experience with full instructor guidance throughout. You leave not just with the experience but with a practical protocol for integrating cold and breathwork into your daily routine if you want to continue, as well as concrete tools for regulating your nervous system in moments of stress, anxiety or overwhelm that you can apply immediately in real life situations.
