Hello, I’m Isabel Rocha, and I’m passionate about creativity, mindfulness, and creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their inner world through art. I facilitate Neurographic Art workshops for all ages, introducing participants to a gentle and intuitive creative practice that combines drawing, mindfulness, focus, and self-expression. My workshops are designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone, regardless of age or artistic experience. For me, Neurographic Art is less about creating a beautiful or perfect piece of artwork and more about enjoying the process. Through simple lines, shapes, colours, and patterns, we can give ourselves permission to pause, breathe, concentrate, and let our creativity flow freely. I love seeing how each person approaches the process differently. There are no rules about what your final artwork should look like — your experience is completely personal. The important thing is to be present, curious, and open to discovering what emerges. My workshops offer a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and dedicate meaningful time to yourself. Whether you’re looking for a creative activity, a way to relax, or simply something new to explore, I invite you to join me and experience the calming and mindful qualities of Neurographic Art. You don’t need to be an artist. You simply need to be willing to explore.
Not at all! Neurographic Art is not about artistic ability or creating a perfect picture. The workshop is focused on the creative process, mindfulness, and self-expression. You’ll be guided step by step, so beginners are completely welcome.
Yes! The workshop is suitable for all ages. It can be a wonderful creative and mindful experience for children, teenagers, and adults. Children may need to be accompanied by an adult depending on their age.
Neurographic Art can provide a relaxing opportunity to slow down and focus on the present moment. The practice may help with stress relief, concentration, mindfulness, creativity, and self-expression while encouraging a sense of overall well-being.
You don’t need to bring any previous experience or special artistic materials. The workshop is designed to guide you through the creative process. Any specific materials provided or required will be communicated when you book your place.
The Neurographic Art workshop lasts approximately 4 hours and takes place in Matosinhos. The cost is €30 per person. It’s a relaxed space where you can take your time, explore your creativity, and enjoy the experience without pressure.
