Main take-off at Fonte da Telha: follow the path from the parking area for about 30 m to the take-off. The final meeting point (Fonte da Telha, Praia das Bicas or Santa Rita) depends on the wind and is confirmed 1-2 days before.

Flying has been a huge part of my life for over 24 years. What started as a passion for the freedom of the skies has become something I love sharing with people from all over the world. For me, there's nothing more rewarding than introducing someone to the incredible feeling of flying and seeing the excitement on their face when they experience it for the first time.
Based in the beautiful Lisbon region, I have the privilege of flying along some of Portugal's most spectacular coastlines, including Praia das Bicas, Fonte da Telha, Arrábida and Praia de Santa Rita. Every flight is different, and every location offers its own unique combination of ocean views, breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable moments.
Safety, professionalism and making sure you have an amazing experience are always my priorities. Whether it's your very first flight or another adventure in the sky, I'll do my best to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and ready to enjoy every second.
When I'm not paragliding, you'll probably find me kitesurfing by the ocean or exploring Portugal's beautiful landscapes on my mountain bike. I love the outdoors, adventure and everything that connects us with nature.
My philosophy is simple: Life is better when you see it from above!

FAQ's
Paragliding depends entirely on the wind and weather, so we confirm the exact take-off site and time 1 to 2 days before your flight. If conditions are not safe, we will offer you another date. If rescheduling is not possible, you get a full refund.
No experience is needed. Your instructor flies the paraglider and explains everything you need to know in the safety briefing before take-off.
You'll take home much more than just memories! You'll experience the incredible feeling of flying like a bird, enjoy breathtaking views of Portugal's Atlantic coastline and have a story to tell for years to come. Depending on your chosen package, you may also receive photos and videos of your flight, so you can relive the adventure and share it with friends and family.
Our main flying location is Fonte da Telha, on the beautiful Costa da Caparica, approximately 30 minutes from Lisbon. Depending on wind conditions, we may also fly from Praia das Bicas (Meco) or Praia de Santa Rita. Since paragliding is entirely weather-dependent, we'll confirm your exact meeting point and flight time 1 to 2 days before your experience.
Allow approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for the entire experience, including the safety briefing, equipment preparation, take-off and landing. Once airborne, you'll enjoy approximately 15 to 20 minutes of unforgettable flight time, soaring above the beautiful beaches, cliffs and Atlantic Ocean.
