Winemaker team building at Herdade da Comporta, a unique coastal estate surrounded by rice fields, pine forests and unspoiled Atlantic beaches, where your group steps into the world of winemaking for a genuinely hands-on and memorable afternoon. Starting with a guided winery visit and moving through a tasting of single-varietal wines currently in production, your teams create their own unique blend, bottle and cork it, design a label and take the finished bottle home together. A creativity prize is awarded to the most original label. Minimum 15 participants.

The experience moves through a clear and satisfying arc. The guided winery visit gives your group the context and knowledge to make real decisions during the blending challenge, tasting through the single-varietal wines and understanding what each one brings before combining them into a blend that reflects the group’s collective taste and instinct. From there each group bottles, corks and labels their own wine, with the label design challenge adding a creative and competitive dimension that brings out unexpected sides of every team. The Herdade da Comporta setting, serene, elegant and deeply connected to the land, adds a quality to the experience that a standard conference venue simply cannot provide.
