Ricardo Marques is a craftsman and self-taught artist, founder of the Elfic Wood works project, dedicated to the art of wood carving.
His work is born from the direct relationship with matter, where each piece is carved by hand, respecting the natural rhythm of wood and revealing simple, organic and living forms.
In his workshops, he shares not only his techniques, but a sensitive approach to manual making, inviting each participant to slow down, feel and create with presence.
He guides the workshop “Initiation to the Wood Carving”, a practical experience where creativity and contact with nature meet through gesture and tool.________________________________________
