Throughout his career, Fernando has combined extensive corporate experience with a deep commitment to personal safety, self-defence, and professional training. He has delivered more than **100 seminars and training sessions**, sharing practical knowledge and skills with individuals, professionals, and organizations in a wide range of contexts.
He is also the author of three technical books on self-defence, reflecting his experience and expertise in the field and his commitment to making effective self-protection knowledge accessible through structured, practical training.
