We got to learn the process of producing kombucha, a bit about its history, and how it tastes at different stages. Sara told us how to keep the SCOBY alive, and what mixes work out best.
What an amazing experience! From the moment you meet Sara, who is an excellent host, to the moment you make your pizza and try it - everything was just lovely. I could not recommend Sara’s workshop enough.
We felt so welcome from the start, and listening Sara’s stories made the whole experience more personal - like travelling back to Italy for an evening and sharing a genuine love for italian cuisine.
A truly memorable experience that we’ll be talking about for a long time! <3
This workshop is amazing! Not only you are learning how to make pizza dough, but you’re also eating the amazing pizzas that you cook during the workshop. Sara is a fantastic teacher, she’s very passionate about cooking and she gave us precious tips on dough making. Everything was delicious.
