## About Me I’m **Ana Maria Fernandes**, the artist and creator behind **A.fe – Fine Art Originais**. For me, art is a way of expressing emotions, exploring ideas and connecting with others. Through my work, I create original pieces that combine creativity, colour and personal expression, with each artwork carrying its own character and story. My artistic practice is rooted in a passion for exploring different techniques and materials, while allowing each creative process to develop naturally. I believe that making art should be an inspiring and enjoyable experience — one that gives us the freedom to experiment, discover and see things from a different perspective. Alongside creating my own artwork, I enjoy sharing my passion for art through **creative workshops and artistic experiences**. I love encouraging people of all ages and experience levels to explore their creativity, whether they are discovering painting for the first time or simply looking for a new way to express themselves. Through **A.fe – Fine Art Originais**, my goal is to create original art and meaningful creative experiences that inspire people to connect with their imagination and take something personal away from the process. Whether you are looking for an original artwork or want to spend a few hours creating something yourself, I invite you to discover the creative world of **A.fe**.
No. The workshop is suitable for all ages and experience levels, including complete beginners. You’ll receive guidance throughout the session and can explore your own ideas at your own pace.
You’ll create your own free-form acrylic painting on canvas. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with colours, shapes and ideas while receiving guidance throughout the creative process.
Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on, and a painting smock or apron is recommended. It’s also a good idea to bring a hat, drinking water and a cloth, especially for the outdoor setting.
The workshop takes place outdoors in a public garden in Porto. The specific garden and meeting point will be confirmed before the activity.
You’ll take home your own original acrylic painting on canvas, created entirely by you during the 2-hour workshop. The canvas is approximately 60 × 40 cm or larger, depending on the activity.
In most cases it is as long as 2 people are booked. In case only one person books, we will try to fit it in a group and schedule that was already booked in advance.
