I’m Ricardo Viegas, an artist from the Algarve, where the landscape, the ocean, and the light constantly inspire my work. Growing up surrounded by nature and the calm energy of the south of Portugal shaped the way I see and create art. For me, art is about emotion, atmosphere, and connection — capturing feelings that are sometimes difficult to put into words. My work reflects my personal experiences, my surroundings, and the beauty I find in everyday moments. I enjoy exploring textures, colors, and different forms of expression to create pieces that feel honest and alive. Every artwork is part of my journey, and I hope the people who see it can feel a sense of connection, freedom, and inspiration through it.
