We are Rosa and Leonor, the founders of Lisboa PAPER COMPANY - a shop and creative space in the heart of Lisbon dedicated to showcasing and supporting local artists and small Portuguese brands. Our shop brings together illustration, design, and handmade products, carefully curated from independent creators across Portugal. Beyond the store, we’ve created a space for experiences - from creative workshops to tastings and cultural events - where people can connect, learn, and enjoy local craftsmanship in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Lisboa PAPER COMPANY is a local art shop and creative space located on Rua da Boavista, one of Lisbon’s most vibrant streets. The shop showcases the work of Portuguese artists and hosts regular events and workshops focused on illustration, design, and local craftsmanship.
Creative Illustration is a series of monthly sessions guided by Hugo Makarov, open to anyone aged 13 and above - from beginners to more experienced illustrators. Each 2-3 hour session explores a different theme, such as nature, anatomy, animals, mechanical objects, and character creation. Participants bring their own materials and spend the afternoon drawing, experimenting, and learning in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
