No. The workshop is designed for beginners, and no previous experience with clay or ceramics is required. Cláudia will guide and support children as they explore the material and develop their own ideas.
Each child will create their own three-dimensional ceramic figure or scene. The design is open to their imagination, with opportunities to experiment with texture, coloured clay and engobes.
Yes. Clay, coloured engobes and modelling tools are included, along with guidance throughout the session and professional firing of the finished piece.
Children should wear comfortable clothes that they do not mind getting a little dirty, as working with clay and colour can be messy. Any additional items to bring should be confirmed with Cláudia before the session.
Your child will leave with a ceramic figure or scene created entirely from their own imagination. Once professionally fired, the colourful, textured piece will be a unique keepsake of their creative experience. The expected collection timeline and arrangements should be confirmed with the host.
