Each surf day includes two 90-minute sessions giving you three hours of professional instruction per day, with experienced coaches guiding you through every step and transport provided to the most suitable surf spot based on swell, wind conditions and your ability. Mornings begin with a healthy breakfast buffet before heading to the beach, with a freshly prepared lunch box to keep you energised between sessions on surf days. Evenings bring dinner at the Sagres Sun and Stay restaurant where you can share stories from the day’s adventures with fellow guests. The remaining days of the stay are yours to explore Sagres at your own pace, with access to the full range of hostel amenities including a saltwater swimming pool, rooftop relaxation area, outdoor gym, co-working space, bar, library and lounge.
