€3 state spearfishing licence paid to the state. To get this, head to an ATM, click on State Service Payments > Recreational Fishing License ->Marine and Brackish Waters > Spearfishing Modality > Daily (in portuguese it will look like: “Pagamentos de serviços ao estado – licenciamento de pesca ludica – águas maritimas e salobras- modalidade pesca submarina- diária”).
