Kids off-road motorcycle experience in Alentejo for children up to 130cm who want to discover the thrill of riding a motorbike for the very first time in a completely safe and professionally guided environment. Wim Motors Academy’s children’s try-out package puts young riders on an electric eBike specifically sized for smaller riders, with one-to-one guidance from an experienced coach in a small group of maximum three children per guide. Sessions run in Dutch, English or Portuguese and are personalised to the child’s level and confidence throughout. All riding gear, protection equipment and the bike are included in the price.

The eBike is the perfect introduction to motorcycling for children: quiet, manageable and immediate enough in its feedback to make the experience genuinely engaging from the very first minute. Your child’s guide assesses their comfort and confidence from the start and adapts the coaching accordingly, introducing the fundamentals of balance, control and navigating off-road terrain at a pace that always feels safe, achievable and fun. Please arrive 30 minutes before the session starts so your child can try on the riding gear and protection and ensure everything fits correctly. Broken parts and damage to the bike are not included in the price and will be charged at the end of the session.

Yes. The try-out package is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced young riders. Each lesson is personalized, so your child will learn at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

Will my child receive individual attention during the lesson?

Absolutely. Each session includes 1-to-1 guidance from an experienced coach, with a maximum of 3 children per guide. This ensures close supervision, safety, and tailored instruction for every rider.

What is included in the package?

The experience includes everything your child needs: an e-bike, full riding gear, and protective equipment. A professional guide/coach is also included, so there are no extra essentials to bring. ** BROKEN PARTS AND DAMAGE ON THE BIKE IS NOT INCLUDED AND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE TRIP.

How long is the session, and when should we arrive?

The riding session lasts 2 hours on the bike. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so your child can get fitted with the gear and feel comfortable before starting.
