Kombucha fermentation workshop in Costa da Caparica for anyone who wants to learn to produce their own kombucha simply, safely and accessibly while understanding the deeper power of natural fermentation for gut health, immunity and overall wellbeing. Led by Josi Pereira, a naturopath, physical educator and natural health educator dedicated to integrative care and conscious living, this is more than a technique class. The session combines practical hands-on knowledge with a scientific foundation and a vibrational awareness of living food, exploring how fermented foods can transform the body at the level of gut health and immunity. Josi guides you through the full kombucha production process from start to finish, giving you everything you need to continue making your own at home independently after the workshop. The group is kept small by design, between 6 and 12 participants, to ensure close and personal guidance throughout.
