Mini cake decorating workshop in Lisbon with Carolina, a pastry chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris who now hosts beginner-friendly creative baking experiences in the city. In this 1.5-hour hands-on session you assemble, fill and decorate your own mini cake from scratch, no experience needed and no pressure, just a beautiful space where you actually make something with your hands from start to finish. All ingredients, buttercream, food colouring, decorating tools and materials are provided and you leave with your finished cake in a box.

The session follows a clear and satisfying progression. You begin by layering and filling your mini cake with a selection of creams and seasonal fruit jams, then learn how to apply a smooth buttercream coat to the outside before moving into decoration using different piping techniques to make the cake feel complete and genuinely personal. The whole session runs at a relaxed pace so everyone can enjoy the process without feeling rushed, and Carolina is on hand throughout to guide, support and make sure every participant walks out holding something they are genuinely proud of.
