Natural serum workshop in Viseu at Atelier 7 Artes, a 2.5-hour hands-on session where you formulate and make your own facial serum, personalised essential oil blend and natural hair conditioner using vegetable oils, botanical extracts, hydrosols and natural conditioning ingredients. All materials included and no prior experience needed.
The session combines theory and practical application throughout, covering the properties and benefits of each ingredient category, how to select ingredients for different skin and hair types, safe essential oil dilution and blending techniques and the principles of natural cosmetic formulation. Every product is personalised to your own preferences and needs, so what you make reflects your skin, your hair and your own approach to self-care rather than a single fixed recipe. You leave with three finished handmade products and the recipe sheets and formulation notes to keep making them independently at home.

I am Juliana D’Ara, founder of Atelier 7 Artes in Viseu.
