I’m Helena Loução, driven by creativity, curiosity, and a passion for turning ideas into something meaningful. I believe creativity is like a flame: it begins with a small spark, grows with passion, and comes to life when we have the courage to bring it to the fire.
Here, I share inspiration, projects, experiences, and everything that emerges from the meeting of imagination, authenticity, and the desire to create. For me, creating means exploring, reinventing, and giving shape to what once existed only in the mind.

No one knows, which is part of the fun and interest! Participants will be guided into an improvisation, where they will cook something from scratch and will be something new for them.
Each person cooks a dish, or two depending on its complexity, but it happens that people start to cook together as well. It is a shared experience as it is individual, so we try to not loose track that in the end we will be sharing meal, which should be satisfing for the group as to each individual.
