No! Our Pole 1 classes are designed for complete beginners. You don't need any dance, gymnastics, or fitness experience—just come ready to learn and have fun. Our instructors will guide you step by step in a supportive environment.
Wear comfortable workout clothing, such as yoga or gym wear, and bring a pair of shorts and a fitted top in your bag. Skin contact with the pole is essential for grip, helping you perform movements safely and confidently. Please avoid applying body lotion on the day of your class, as it can make the pole slippery.
Not at all! Strength, flexibility, and coordination are developed through regular practice. Our structured progression allows you to build these skills gradually, regardless of your current fitness level.
If you're new to Pole Dance, start with Pole 1. If you've trained before, our instructors can help assess your experience and recommend whether Pole 2 or Pole 3 is the best fit for your current skill level.
