Private Handbuilding Ceramics Class

Private handbuilding ceramics class in Sintra at AUAKE, a two-hour session at 110 euros for individuals or groups of your own choosing, limited to a maximum of six participants for close and genuinely personalised guidance throughout. All levels welcome from complete beginners to those with previous ceramic experience, with an introduction to hand building techniques and the freedom to make and decorate a piece of your own choice including a mug, vase or bowl. All materials, tools, aprons, glazing and kiln firing included, plus a coffee, latte or organic tea. Available on weekdays and Sunday mornings, booked directly with AUAKE after purchase.

The private format means the session is entirely yours, with the AUAKE team’s full attention focused on you and your group rather than shared across a wider class. This makes it particularly well-suited to team-building events, anniversaries, retreats and any occasion where you want the experience to feel personal and exclusive. Intermediate and advanced ceramicists are welcome to reach out to discuss tailored sessions beyond the standard introduction. Pieces are glazed and fired by AUAKE and ready for collection within a maximum of eight weeks, with worldwide shipping available at additional cost.
