The session takes you along the Algarve coastline through the stunning Benagil Caves, secret beaches, fossils and impressive marine landscapes that can only be properly appreciated from the water. No. These experiences are beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. Our guides provide a full safety briefing and basic instruction before the experience starts.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing swimwear, sunscreen, water, a towel, and comfortable beachwear. Waterproof bags are recommended for personal items.
Are the tours suitable for children and families?
Yes. SUP is suitable for children with basic swimming ability when accompanied by adults.
