FAQ's
No experience is necessary. The lesson is designed for beginners as well as intermediate paddlers. Before entering the water, instructors will teach you the basics of balance, paddling technique, safety, and board control, so you can feel comfortable and confident during the session.
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap if needed, and water. All SUP equipment, including the board, paddle, and safety gear, is provided by the instructors.
Yes. SUP lessons are family-friendly and can be adapted to different ages and experience levels. The instructors create a safe and relaxed environment so everyone can enjoy learning on the water together.
Safety is always the priority. If ocean or weather conditions are unsuitable, the lesson may be rescheduled or adjusted to ensure the best and safest experience possible.
