Hi, I’m Nicola — the heart behind Keel Healings. My journey into yoga and Reiki began with a simple intention: to feel more balanced, grounded, and connected in my own life. What started as a personal path quickly grew into a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. I blend gentle, intuitive yoga with the calming energy of Reiki to create experiences that nurture both body and mind. My approach is relaxed, welcoming, and completely non-judgmental — whether you’re brand new or have years of practice, you’ll be supported exactly as you are. Living and working in the beautiful surroundings of Albufeira, I’m inspired daily by nature, the ocean, and the power of taking time to pause. My sessions are designed to help you step away from the busyness of life, even if just for a moment, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned. For me, it’s not about perfection or performance — it’s about creating space for you to breathe, heal, and simply be.
