At SUP Alentejo, our passion is sharing the incredible experience of Stand Up Paddleboarding in one of Portugal's most beautiful natural settings—Vila Nova de Milfontes and the stunning Mira River. Lessons are led by experienced instructors, including Diogo Queimada, a three-time Portuguese National SUP Champion, who brings years of competitive experience and a genuine passion for teaching. Every session is tailored to your level, ensuring a safe, fun, and rewarding experience. Beyond lessons, we also offer SUP board rentals and guided paddling tours, allowing you to explore the peaceful waters of the Mira River and the spectacular coastline at your own pace. No. Our lessons are suitable for complete beginners as well as intermediate riders looking to improve their technique, tricks, and wave riding skills.
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and water. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can be ready to start on time.
