The full moon has always been a natural moment to pause. Not as a spiritual obligation but simply as a point in time that invites you to stop moving long enough to notice what has been building. This mindful art workshop in Lisbon offers a quiet space to do exactly that, through a mindful and guided creative process that uses colour, texture and intuitive expression to explore what feels present right now, what you might be holding onto, and what you are ready to acknowledge or let go of. No artistic experience needed and no pressure to produce anything in particular.
The session moves through five gentle stages. We open with a grounding arrival to help you settle and slow down, followed by a light framing of the theme without any spiritual pressure. The guided creative process sits at the heart of the evening, giving you a simple and contained way to process emotions without needing to put them into words. There is space for optional reflection if you want it, and the session closes gently, leaving you with something made and something felt. The group is small by design, between 4 and 10 people, and all materials are included. Location is shared after booking.

I am Aida, founder of Fluid Art and Wellness in Lisbon. My background spans a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy training completed at Metàfora in Spain under a psychodynamic relational approach. Before this I spent over thirteen years in the corporate world, which now shapes how I hold space for groups: structured enough to feel safe, open enough to feel real. I have facilitated creative sessions in hospitals, expat communities, LGBTQIA+ spaces and outdoor mindful art settings. I work in English, Arabic and French and create inclusive, welcoming spaces for people from all backgrounds.
