I am Nicola Keel, the heart behind Keel Healings in Albufeira. My journey into yoga and Reiki began as a personal path toward feeling more balanced and connected, and grew into a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves. My approach is relaxed, welcoming and completely non-judgmental, whether you are brand new to yoga or have years of practice. For me it is never about perfection or performance. It is about creating space for you to breathe, heal and simply be.
