Artisanal ice cream workshop in Leiria with Art Cakes Leiria on 20 June from 9:30 to 18:30, a full eight-hour day at 85 euros where you master the art of crafting creamy, balanced and flavour-packed artisanal ice creams and sorbets from scratch. Limited to nine participants for small group learning and maximum individual attention, this is a genuinely complete day of professional-level technique that takes you from the fundamentals to a full range of finished ice creams, sorbets and waffle cones ready to enjoy and share.
Across the day you make strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, mocha ice cream with stracciatella, pistachio ice cream, mango sorbet, passion fruit sorbet and artisanal waffle cones, tasting throughout the session as each recipe comes together. A complete recipe booklet is included so you can recreate everything at home, and every participant receives a Certificate of Participation at the end. We recommend bringing a cooler bag so you can take your creations home and share them, just as they were meant to be enjoyed.
