The course consists of 75 hours of practical training and is delivered over approximately 11 class days (around 6 weeks), with sessions held on: Mondays: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
No. This course is suitable for beginners and will teach you everything from the basics to advanced Cake Design techniques.
The course starts that starts on 23rd October and is held during the daytime: Fridays 7:00PM to 10:30PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
The Professional Cake Design Course includes 75 hours of practical training, delivered across 6 comprehensive modules.
You will learn cake batters and fillings, Cake Design techniques, naked and sculpted cakes, buttercream, chocolate work, advanced modelling, edible flowers, structured cakes, wedding cake creation, and basic accounting for cake businesses.
The course is ideal for beginners, baking enthusiasts, and aspiring professionals who want to develop their skills or start a career in Cake Design.
