Artisanal ice cream workshop Level II in Leiria with Art Cakes Leiria on 21 June from 9:30 to 18:30, a full eight-hour day at 85 euros for anyone who has mastered the basics and wants to go further. Building on the foundations of Level I, this session moves into more creative and sophisticated territory, blending traditional and contemporary flavours to craft ice creams that are anything but ordinary. Limited spots available for hands-on training with personalised guidance throughout.
Across the day you make pumpkin, cheese and walnut ice cream, lemon tart ice cream, rum and raisin ice cream, Perna de Pau ice cream, raspberry sherbet and cherry sherbet, tasting throughout the session as each flavour comes together. A complete recipe booklet is included for every recipe, and every participant receives a Certificate of Participation at the end. Whether you want to impress clients or simply raise the bar at home, this is where the real magic happens. We recommend bringing a cooler bag so you can take your creations home and share them.

Level I is recommended as a starting point, but not strictly required. If you already have some experience making artisanal ice cream and feel confident with the basics, you're welcome to join Level II directly.
Level II goes beyond the classics, exploring more adventurous and complex flavour combinations — think Pumpkin & Cheese, Lemon Tart, or Rum & Raisin. The session moves at a slightly more technical pace and dives deeper into the craft.

Absolutely — in fact, we'd encourage it. The two days complement each other perfectly, and attending both gives you a comprehensive foundation across a wide range of techniques and flavours.
Besides the amazing knowledge, you will get the full recipes for all ice creams. You will also get to eat the ice creams we produce during the workshop.
