Yoga Room is a peaceful, welcoming space dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Created as a place to pause from the demands of everyday life, our studio offers an environment where you can reconnect with yourself through yoga, breath, and conscious practice. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a supportive community and classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and restore balance. We believe that yoga is for everybody and every body, and our aim is to make every visit feel inspiring, grounding, and accessible. Yes. The class is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Every class follows the same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, allowing you to learn at your own pace and gradually build strength, flexibility and confidence.
The studio is heated to approximately 40°C with appropriate humidity. The heat helps warm the muscles, encourages sweating and enhances the overall practice. Listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.
Not at all. You don't need any previous yoga experience or a certain level of fitness. The practice is designed to help improve flexibility, balance, strength and endurance over time, regardless of where you're starting from.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in before class begins. Stay well hydrated throughout the day, avoid eating a large meal for 2–3 hours beforehand, and come with an open mind. It's perfectly normal to rest during class whenever you need to.
