Yoga Room is a peaceful, welcoming space dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Created as a place to pause from the demands of everyday life, our studio offers an environment where you can reconnect with yourself through yoga, breath, and conscious practice. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a supportive community and classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and restore balance. We believe that yoga is for everybody and every body, and our aim is to make every visit feel inspiring, grounding, and accessible. Hot Flow is best suited for students with some yoga experience, as the class moves continuously between postures. Beginners are welcome if they feel comfortable with a faster-paced practice and are encouraged to move at their own pace.
The class is practised in a heated room, typically between 35–38°C, creating an environment that helps warm the muscles, increase mobility and encourage a healthy sweat.
Bring a towel, a water bottle and wear lightweight, breathable clothing. Since you'll be moving and sweating throughout the class, staying hydrated is essential.
Each class features a different sequence that links breath with movement. You'll experience a combination of standing poses, balance work, strength-building flows, core exercises and relaxing stretches, finishing with a restorative relaxation.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid eating a heavy meal for 2–3 hours before class, and arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Listen to your body during practice and take breaks whenever needed.
