Not at all. Our private sessions are fully customised to your group's experience level. Whether you're complete beginners or experienced practitioners, your instructor will adapt the class so everyone can enjoy the experience.
Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats are provided by the studio. We also recommend bringing a small towel, especially for our hotter classes.
