The session takes you through preparing the mochi dough, exploring dreamy fillings including red bean, seasonal fruits, chantilly cream and crushed Oreos, and shaping, colouring and decorating your own creations before Hannah guides you through the tea ceremony, exploring new flavours and the pairing of Chinese teas with the mochis you made together.
