My name is Margarida Guerreiro, and I am a massage therapist based in the beautiful coastal village of Zambujeira do Mar. My work is inspired by the healing power of touch, nature, and human connection. I believe massage is more than relaxation — it is a way to reconnect with ourselves, release tension, restore balance, and create space for presence and wellbeing. Living close to the ocean deeply influences the way I guide each session and workshop. The rhythm of the sea, the calmness of the Alentejo coast, and the simplicity of mindful touch are at the heart of every experience I create. I offer personalized massage sessions and guided workshops for couples and individuals, designed to help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and share meaningful moments through conscious touch.
