I love all things spicy and no matter your experience with chillis I would love to talk you through the history of the chilli and the many different varieties. Having grown up without much spice in my life it was only when I started traveling around S.E. Asia that I fell in love with the hottest fruit on the planet. Eating chillis also allows me a good excuse to drink lots of chocolate milk
