    Very good workshop, you get to go through all the process of dumpling making and in the end, eat the delicious dumplings you made your own hands. Nice experience, for your skills and for your palate!

    I'm an English chef who has worked across Europe and travelled widely in Japan and South East Asia. I studied dim sum techniques in Hong Kong and Taipei, and I put a spin on the recipes to suit my client's palates. Making dumplings is fun for all ages, and they always taste good, no matter the skill level of the participants!
