CLAY CLUBE is a social space for the free creation of ceramics and a moment of well-being. The sessions are run by ceramists Amanda and Niall who give advice and suggest themes and exercises. In addition, they offer individual support, allowing each participant to decide what and how to create, making it not only a space for learning but also for free creation, community and fun. -PT- O CLUBE DE BARRO é um espaço de criação livre de cerâmica, um momento de bem estar e de convívio. As sessões tem o apoio da ceramista Amanda e Niall que dá sugestões e ensina tecnicas. Além disso, oferece suporte individualizado, permitindo que cada participante decida o que e como criar, tornando-o não apenas um espaço de aprendizado, mas também de criação livre.

Not at all. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as people with previous experience. Selma and Niall adapt their guidance to your skill level, so you can learn the basics, develop existing techniques, or simply enjoy creating at your own pace.
You'll create your own unique ceramic pieces during the session. After the workshop, your work will be professionally kiln-fired and ready for collection in approximately two weeks. Glazing is included for workshop packages, while individual pieces can be glazed for an additional €5 per piece.
The workshop includes all clay and materials, use of the studio's professional tools and equipment, personalized guidance throughout the session, and professional kiln firing of your finished pieces. You'll have everything you need to enjoy the creative process.
This is a guided yet free-form workshop, so there isn't a fixed project. You can create whatever inspires you, with suggested themes and exercises available if you'd like extra direction. Whether it's a cup, bowl, sculpture, or something completely original, you'll have the freedom to explore your ideas with expert support.
Your ceramics will usually be ready for collection around two weeks after the workshop. You can check Amora Estúdio's Instagram Highlights under "Fornos" for collection updates and firing announcements.
