While aprons are provided, I suggest you wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting a bit of clay on. Clay washes out easily so not to worry.
Bring a water bottle. You are also welcome to bring your own drink - I will provide herbal tea.
No, unfortunately we do not allow anyone else's dog other than our own.
I am not qualified to teach mindfulness techniques. Clay has been my personal form of relaxation over the years and I simply want to share this with others interested in slowing down in our busy world.
