I'm Saskia, a chef, recipe developer and storyteller passionate about creating food that nourishes both body and soul. My approach to cooking is rooted in seasonal ingredients, whole foods and the belief that eating well should feel joyful, intuitive and deeply satisfying. Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the menstrual cycle, I love helping people understand how food can become a meaningful way to care for themselves throughout the month. Through hands-on workshops, recipes and shared meals, I combine practical nutrition with beautiful cooking, making complex topics feel approachable and inspiring. My hope is that everyone leaves the table not only with delicious recipes, but with a deeper connection to their body and greater confidence in the kitchen.
This workshop is open to anyone who menstruates or wants to better understand the menstrual cycle through nutrition. No cooking experience is needed—just curiosity and a love of good food.
Together we'll prepare a selection of delicious, seasonal, plant-based dishes inspired by the four phases of the menstrual cycle. The recipes are designed to be practical, nourishing, and easy to recreate at home.
