Hello, we are Carina Pinto de Brito and Ana Rodrigues! With the birth of our own children we decided to start the Mini Chefs Project, a space where children up to 17 years old can explore and experience the pleasures of cooking. More than just transmitting technical knowledge, we share with young apprentices the stories and memories that make each recipe special. We teach that cooking is not just a skill, but a form of expression, of connection with our roots and traditions. For us, the Mini Chefs project is not just a business, but a legacy. A legacy of love, sharing and education, which we hope to pass on to future generations. Because there is no greater pleasure than seeing a child discover the joy of cooking and eating in a healthy, creative and tasty way - a gift that they will keep for life!
