Leeza Kaufman is a certified Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) facilitator, body work and hypnosis practitioner. Leeza tried Kundalini Activation for the first time in 2022 and it changed her life immediately. Alignment, clarity, confidence and connection to her authenticity became leading factors in her self-realization. Since her facilitator training in June 2023 Leeza conducts KAP sessions and works with people around the globe , following her passion to explore inner and outer worlds.

Everyone is welcome to the practice. No specific preparation is needed, just refrain from alcohol and other strong stimulants 24 hours prior to the session
You’ll begin with a short welcome and introduction, followed by a 60-minute Kundalini Activation transmission with music. You’ll lie comfortably on a yoga mat and allow yourself to relax while observing whatever sensations, emotions, movements, or insights arise naturally. The session ends with group sharing.
No. You don’t need any previous experience with Kundalini, yoga, meditation, breathwork, or other spiritual practices. The session is designed to be accessible to beginners and experienced participants alike.
Everyone’s experience is different. Some participants may notice physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, vibrations, or spontaneous movement. Others may experience emotions, visual imagery, deep relaxation, or moments of clarity and introspection. There is no particular experience you need to achieve.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water. It’s recommended to eat lightly before the session and avoid alcohol, drugs, and stimulants for at least 24 hours beforehand.
No specific technique is required. You simply lie down, relax, and remain present with your experience. You don't need to control your breathing or deliberately create movements. The facilitator guides the session while you allow the experience to unfold naturally.
