Lynx Duplas is an obstacle course race designed exclusively for teams of two. Partners work together throughout the event, overcoming obstacles and completing the course as a team.
Wear comfortable sports clothing and trail-appropriate running shoes with good grip. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, water, and a valid photo ID for check-in and race kit collection.
You can race with anyone aged 16 or over, including a friend, family member, training partner, or colleague. Teams can compete in Men's, Women's, or Mixed categories.
The event consists of a 7 km obstacle course featuring 23 obstacles, followed by an exciting 2 km ergometer challenge that tests endurance, teamwork, and determination.
Yes. Lynx Duplas is all about teamwork. Partners must stay together throughout the race and complete the course according to the event regulations, supporting each other at every challenge.
Your registration includes race entry, an official race bib, electronic timing (where applicable), event insurance, access to aid stations, and an official Lynx Duplas finisher medal upon successfully completing the race.
