The Lynx Race Mafra 2026 takes place in the Tapada Militar de Mafra, with the start and finish area located at Campo dos Plátanos, inside the military grounds. Participants should enter through the Escola das Armas (Army School) gate on Largo General Humberto Delgado, next to the Palácio Nacional de Mafra and the Jardim do Cerco. The entire race course is held within the Tapada Militar.
Bookings close 200 hours before the workshop starts.

No. Lynx Race welcomes participants of all fitness levels. Whether it's your first obstacle race or you're an experienced OCR athlete, you can choose the race format that best suits your abilities.
Wear comfortable sports clothing and trail-appropriate running shoes with good grip. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, water, and a valid photo ID for check-in and race kit collection.
In the Competitive category, athletes must successfully complete every obstacle or perform the designated penalty. In the Open category, participants may skip obstacles if they are unable to complete them and continue enjoying the course.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to enter the adult races. Younger athletes can take part in the dedicated Kids Race, which is designed specifically for children.
Yes. All participants who successfully complete their race receive an official Lynx Race finisher medal, making it a memorable reward for conquering the course.
