FAQ's
No experience is needed! This session is designed for beginners as well as those familiar with yoga. All movements are gentle, guided, and adapted to both adults and children.
The activity is ideal for children aged around 3 to 10 years old. If your child is slightly outside this range, feel free to get in touch to confirm suitability.
Just wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. All equipment is provided, and a small healthy snack is included at the end of the session.
